PLT Health Solutions announced that Jocko Fuel, the performance nutrition brand founded by retired Navy SEAL Officer Jocko Willink, is launching Combat Tested 3.0, a reformulated version of its testosterone supplement featuring PLT’s TestFactor, a botanical complex formulated to support men’s health.

The ingredient replaces 300 mg of Fagodia agrestis with 325 mg of TestFactor, as TestFactor has been evaluated in clinical studies for testosterone support.

The new ingredient will be available direct-to-consumer at jockofuel.com, on Amazon, and at select retail partners.

The reformulation aligns directly with the brand’s mission, said Cam Fischer, marketing director. “Jocko Fuel is built for serious lifelong workout diehards and those getting back on track. When we evaluated the clinical data behind TestFactor, we saw measurable outcomes in testosterone and vitality. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to: no fillers, no fairy dust, no compromises.”

Testosterone was the primary endpoint for all of TestFactor’s clinical studies, which was a key factor in the decision to include it in the formula. “Our target consumer is the active, health-conscious man, often in his mid-40s and beyond, who wants to support strength, performance, and vitality as part of a disciplined lifestyle. TestFactor gave us a clinically substantiated anchor ingredient.”

The formula also includes complementary ingredients like vitamin D and boron to support hormonal balance.

Across four randomized, placebo-controlled trials, which included trained and untrained subjects, PLT Health reported that TestFactor demonstrated:

• Up to a 19% increase in total testosterone levels
• Up to a 20% increase in free testosterone levels
• Improvements in measures of vitality and energy
• Support for strength performance, including grip strength
